The flat is a tribute to our late beloved grandfather. After years of hard work he was able to buy it and pass it on to his grandchildren. We decided to renovate it and list it online. It was an effort carried out from the depth of our heart
(“kardia” in Greek) and for this reason we named the flat “kardias luxury suite”.

The warm Greek hospitality (filoxenia) is one of the reasons to come and visit Nea Iraklitsa. Feel free to mingle with the locals, have long chats and listen to their stories (everyone has one to share)!
The landscape is breathtaking the exotic color of the sea and the bright light of the sun will dazzle you. Each place has its own different authentic style and character. Go for a swim under the sun, go for a long walk under the moonlight.
Greece is famous for its cuisine. The so called Mediterranean diet is all about healthy products including virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruits, fish, meat and wine. Do not hesitate to try local dishes at a beach tavern. Be prepared to be amazed.

Ammolofoi Beach
Ammolofoi is a famous 3 km long golden sand beach with crystal clear blue waters. It is a blue flag beach and it is considered to be one of the top ten beaches in Greece. There are countless beach bars.
Nea Iraklitsa
At Nea Iraklitsa, you will find a picturesque harbour framed by one of the most beautiful little villages in the region. Wonderful turquoise seas, with sandy beaches, tavernas, cafes and many beach bars for refreshing breaks, in case you want to spend your whole day there.

Kavala’s Castle
The castle is one of Kavala’s sightseeing trademarks. During the summer time concerts and plays take place under the moonlight, a unique experience.
Alistrati Cave
Alistrati cave is one of the most fascinating caves in Europe. Its passages are 3 km long from which approximately 1 km can be visited. The visitor can encounter huge stalactites up to 18 metres in length, in a variety of colours and shapes. The cave is located 55 km north west of Kavala.
Phillipi
The archaeological site of Phillipi is a world heritage monument. It is a whole ancient city that awaits it’s visitors to discover it.
It is recommended to pay a visit in the morning hours as it takes time to explore it.

Spent 2 weeks in the beautiful Greece and this was by far my favorite accommodation. So much love is put to detail there and the quality is really high. It’s easy to feel like at home immediately. You won’t be missing anything in the Kardias Luxury Suite. Moreover the host is so nice, he will offer you many ideas and advices for your stay. I really recommend this place! It’s perfectly located in walking distance to a cute port and within a short drive to the city of Kavala as well as many gorgeous beaches. I know that I want to stay there again next time.
