House Rules
Extra Guests
Unauthorized guests are not allowed to sleep over unless previously agreed upon when the booking took place.
Parties or Events
Guests are not allowed to throw any parties or entertaining events. It is common sense that friends may be invited to the flat but make sure that they leave before 1am. Your compliance with this issue is greatly appreciated as any issues with the neighbors are not welcomed.
Broken Items
If for any reason an item or an appliance breaks during your stay, please inform me the sooner the possible. It is understood that things may break but in order to get fixed or replaced for future guests to enjoy, I have to be informed. Your honesty is much appreciated.
Smoking
The flat is a no smoking flat, so please do not smoke inside the flat. You may smoke at the balcony area if you wish.
Parking Space
Please park your vehicle at the designated parking slot. Using the designated slot will allow you easy and safe access to your vehicle.
Locking up
Although the flat is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, please always remember to lock up when you leave the flat and for your safety at night always keep the lock on. Your safety is paramount.
Garbage Disposal
Garbage bags are found in one of the kitchen’s cupboard. When the garbage bin is full, please remove the bag and take it to the closest bin. There is one just outside the building. Garbage removal takes place every day by the municipality.
Check out
Please check out by 10:00 am. Checking out at this time ensures that there is enough time for the place to get cleaned and be ready for the next guests. If for any reason there is an issue with this requirement please let me know so further arrangements can be made.
